Oy, the question is where did we not go over budget? Our water bill has gone up significantly since our town changed their billing structure to increase charges for heavy water users, and we are a large family, so that's us. I'm still struggling to budget enough for that.
All of us have needed clothes this month, and that doesn't usually happen all at once.
The boys both had camps to pay for, though we'll be getting reimbursed for one of them because one of the boys did a fundraiser.
And, apparently we had too much fun.
I'm a little bit nervous right now with getting the home equity loan. We really need to stay right on top of things and not go over budget, because the temptation will be to bail ourselves out with the loan, and that's certainly not a good idea. The good thing is, we've been holding steady with M's extra income this time of year, but I would like to have gotten more of a cushion built up, instead of just holding steady.
