Wow, I've been on a bad trend for the challenges lately. I really need to step up my planning ahead game! This month was back-to-school time, and though I have money budgeted and laid aside for it, I obviously didn't have enough this year. We were really scrounging for things to eat and doing without extras for a while to try to make the numbers work, too.
September's challenge is to save on personal spending! We're going to try not to spend anything on ourselves outside the essentials.
