Yet again, on my husband's clothes. He had to have some new stuff for new head shots for his company's website.
The other whopper this month was household repair. We've had our main drainpipe in our house leaking for a while, and it was getting nasty in the basement, so we took advantage of spring's copious hours and extra pay, and my husband spent Memorial Day weekend replacing all of the old copper drain pipe in our house with PVC, and putting new vent pipes in all around. It isn't finished yet, but we at least have one functional bathroom and the kitchen working. I imagine there will be some more expenses over the next month or so as he finishes up. I am grateful for a handy husband, because this would have probably cost thousands to have a plumber do it.
