March's challenge

We're back revisiting our first challenge in which we actually spent more money instead of less: electricity.  I think we did a few things just to say we were doing something, but we never really went gung- ho in trying to really save.  Hopefully, we'll do better about that.  Our limitations are that we are trying not to spend money in order to save money, which really would probably be our best bet in order to see some significant savings.  Our house is older and poorly insulated with drafty windows, so we really could see some savings if we updated windows, insulation, appliances, etc.  That is not on the agenda right now, though, so we will do the best with what we have.  I think that's probably where most of us are now anyway, just trying to do the best we have with what we've got.  Good luck!
